Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Daily Ten, a service run by Foodhero Tech Private Limited ("we"). By starting a trial or a plan you agree to them.
What Daily Ten does
Every weekday at about 10 AM we email you up to 10 companies that fit the answers you gave us and that recently showed a buying signal, such as a new leader, hiring or funding. You decide whether and how to contact them.
Free trial
Your first 14 days are free and need no card. Two days before the end we remind you. If you do not continue, the list stops and nothing is charged.
Price and payment
After the trial, Daily Ten costs $59 a month, paid in advance through our payment provider. Taxes may apply where the law requires them. If the price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by replying to any Daily Ten email. Your list continues until the end of the month you have paid for, then stops. We do not refund part-months.
About the lists
We build each list from public information and check every company before we send it. Even so, we cannot promise that every detail is complete or current, or that any company will buy from you. Check what matters to you before you rely on it.
Fair use
- The lists are for your own company's sales and marketing.
- Do not resell or republish them.
- When you contact a company, follow the email and privacy laws that apply to you.
Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms. When a change matters to you, we tell you by email before it applies. We may stop the service for anyone who breaks these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
